The drive-up window is currently AVAILABLE ONLY at the Hilo and Keaau Offices.

If you use the Drive-Up Window PLEASE:

• One transaction only
• have picture identification ready
• be prepared to do your transaction
• trucks and vans use outside lane (when both lanes are open)
• remove sunglasses and hats
• endorse checks while waiting in line
• have completed share-draft check ready, no counter checks will be issued
• have your Drive-Up Window envelope completed.

WE CANNOT process the following:

• VISA cash advances
• travelers check purchases
• money order purchases
• cashier's checks
• balance inquiries
• item pickups
• drop off any items (i.e. loan applications)

HELPFUL REMINDERS: For better two-way communication, turn your motor off.

We suggest that large deposits or withdrawals be made inside. When using envelope provided by credit union (with no cash included) you may drop the envelope with the teller and receive a receipt in the mail!
