PASSWORD RESET
In order to reset your password you must have previously setup your password reset question and answer to authenticate your identity. If you haven't, then you will need to re-enroll to gain access to your account. If you have already created a password reset question and answer then follow the instructions below.
Log-in to the online banking website. |

Answer your MFA security question (if you haven't already registered your computer before). |

Click on the "Forgot your Password?" link. |

Enter your User ID and click on Continue. |

Answer the security question that you initially setup to reset your password. Then type in your new password, then click on Continue. |

Confirmation Page - Once your password has been reset click on Return to Login Page and log in to your account with your new password. |
