HFS Federal Credit Union offers various share account types that are designed to help members develop savings strategies for the present and for the future. Each member's funds are insured by National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and is insured up to $250,000.00, which is the total member's funds in regular share - savings, special share, share certificates, money manager and share draft - checking accounts.

IRA accounts are entitled to a separate coverage of $250,000.00 for each IRA account type.
